Dark Souls 2D
Dark Souls 2D is a passion driven fan project based on the 2016 game Dark Souls 3. The concept behind this project is a play on the popular trend within the gaming industry to remake or remaster popular IP’s by modernizing them with improved graphics and adopting the game play to a 3D space.
While this trend has allowed fans to enjoy the fresh new experience offered by modern methods, many have also voiced their dissatisfaction as they miss the experience brought by older styled games. My goal is to work in reverse by reshaping the modern experience into the older style of classic 2D games.
Algorithm Visualizer
The Algorithm Visualizer is an interactive web application built using React, that allows users to watch the inner workings of various sorting algorithms like Bubble Sort, Quick Sort, Selection Sort, and Heap Sort. The tool features a responsive bar graph that updates in real-time, step-by-step visualizations of the sorting process, and the ability to adjust the number of elements dynamically with a slider.
Gigi’s Freezies Website (In Development)
Currently developing a React-based website for the local startup Gigi’s Freezies, focused on delivering a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. The project incorporates advanced React features such as component-based architecture and React Router for seamless navigation. It uses the React Responsive Carousel library for dynamic image slideshows and CSS animations for design enhancements. Technologies leveraged include React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The website showcases modern design principles, including responsive layouts, intuitive navigation, and interactive UI elements, tailored for showcasing products and increasing customer engagement.
Lazy Note Taker
Developed using Kotlin, Lazy Note Taker leverages the Tesseract OCR API to seamlessly convert images into text. The app integrates these image-based notes into a custom-built note-taking system, enabling users to easily organize, save, and access their content that they see around them.
